This website only collects personal data when you voluntarily fill in one of its forms. Required fields are needed to handle your request; the others are marked as optional.

Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising or marketing. No automated decision is made based on this data.
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for NEW REGIE only. It is processed on our behalf by:
- Netlify, Inc. (United States): website hosting and form handling.
- Automattic Inc. – Akismet (United States): automatic filtering of unwanted messages (spam) sent through the forms.
These providers may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are safeguarded: Netlify is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Data Privacy Framework) and uses the European Commission's standard contractual clauses; Akismet relies on standard contractual clauses.
Like any hosting provider, Netlify records technical connection data (IP address, date and time, pages viewed) to keep the website secure and working properly.
Minors
If you are under 15, you must get permission from one of your parents (or legal guardian) before filling in a form, in particular to add your star to the Constellation.
Cookies and trackers
This website sets no analytics, advertising or social media cookies or trackers. No consent banner is therefore needed.
Videos are hosted on YouTube. They are only loaded, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), when you click to play one. Only then may Google set its own trackers, in accordance with its privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time (for example, to ask for your star to be removed) and to set instructions about what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to us at commercial@newregie.com or by post to our registered office. We will reply within one month.
